Parent Teacher Organization

The Parent Teacher Organization’s (PTO) purpose is to support Ascension Episcopal School’s mission by fostering open communication and encouraging parent involvement across all three campuses. We enhance the educational experience for our students, faculty, and staff through dedicated volunteerism and financial support.
All Ascension families are automatically members of our PTO through the $10 PTO fee included in annual tuition. We encourage every Blue Gator family to take advantage of the many opportunities to get involved, connect with other parents, and support our school community.

  • Meetings & Volunteer Info

    A PTO General Meeting is to be held once each year so that all parents may learn about PTO activities and fundraising projects for the upcoming year. 
     
    Emails are shared with the school community on a weekly basis from our Director of Community Engagement about specific school events and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. 
     
    A survey is sent out to all parents in early spring to indicate interest in serving on PTO for the following school year through various ways: Executive Council, Room Parent, and Fundraising Committees.
